smlm punya stretching bapak giler punya tough... new coach bawak... lari 12 round court..pastu kena jalan itik & squat & jump..uiskkk.. dedua exercise n mmg ai lembik abis... cam nak tertungging kat situ...terus rasa cam tadak kaki..... pastu barula stretch sini sana..... hamek kau.. slama ni dok main2.. kali nih padan muka we all.. hahahha..and start minggu depan kena lari 2km...5x padang bola... wohooooo. rasanya by sbulan, kompom suma fit & slim.. hehehee.....
this time rasanya my team cam ada harapan.. kalo masing2 consistent camni, insya allah....kalo leh gi semi pun dah syukur sangat...
